I'm still waiting for a call from essendon vw bout my gear box... been 3 month so far, i think they personally picking parts from Germany... I'll hope for better luck else where... so south yarra out of question too? lol i'll try camberwell.

Speak to Paul,the service advisor at Camberwell,or see Carlo,the foreman.
Both very professional and helpful.
Tell them I reccomended you.
I was very negative with VW after my dealings with South Yarra.
Cameron the service advisor is very rude,and Brad,the service manager very unhelpful.
A shame,as I bought from them,and would have liked them to look after my baby,but no ways.

Don't go near a Staler unless you need warranty work done...Its not worth the hassle
