collant leaks tend to come with age moreso than kms. My car started springing leaks as soon as it hit 10 years old. I think its just the way of the world.
Are u able to see where its leaking? are u dropping water on the ground if u leave it to idle at operating temp? Do that and follow the trail of water if there is one.

there is a very easy way to fix this.... your car is under warranty.... take it to the dealership.

Having made the same mistake GolfMan, I take it this is your 10yo Polo. No warranty on the ol' girl.

Either observe while the engine is running (and hot) to see any leaks, or take it to a specialist, who'll pressure test it. My bet is a hose. You can't really expect rubber that suffers daily heating and cooling to last forever

Possibly the thermostat. Worth having them check it, at the same time

my 97 CL sprang multiple leaks in the years I owned it. The plastic bit where the thermostat going on the engine block had tiny microscopic cracks in it, tried many times to replace the o-ring without realising it was pointless. Broke once to twice, no idea why. When I bought it, it didnt have the red coolant in it, so I guess it was some dodgy stuff in there.

twas only around $30 for the part though.
