Sorry about the phone camera and garage shots - it's 38 degrees outside and of the four cameras I know to exist in this house I could find zero.

But you get the idea - looks a lot better on a black polo than the matte plastic I reckon. Go for it bud, if they do it properly you'll love it.

BTW, obviously the front skirt in the last pic isn't standard - colour coding doesn't change it that much .

Hope this helps your decision - not a hard one though, get it done.

is that the wheel of an Astra SRI turbo in the reflection of the 2nd photo....nice car....that was my other choice. i'm glad i got the Polo cos i heard the SRI's are already piling up with problems.

Yep, good pick up - it's dad's. He's had nothing but bad luck with it. Sandwiched (front and rear) at red light, rear ended at red light, and last week his window smashed to grab his sat nav. When it is on the road though it's pretty quick, but you don't feel as "in control" as in the polo - a bit artificial? hard to explain.
No doubting it's a nice car though, but more of a Golf-type comparison I would have thought.

Sorry bud, this is the only one I have ATM - can't really see it very well.

I'll take some proper photos when I get a chance so you can see it in all it's glory.

It's a genuine VW accessory - just ordered it through a dealer's parts department and had it within 2 days.

If you jump on VW's website it's the same lip that's on the red Polo in the new cars section.
