Can we get a groupbuy discount.
First of all..with that much money for Jap car I would consider making an investment on a property first and with the money left over I would buy a polo GTI and get it chipped ! and enjoy the 3 year warranty!but JEEE I love this dam car!.... I mean, I’m having so much fun driving it that I can’t get enough! loll I just love the thrill and excitement of driving it, and how it pins you in your seat! There is nothing I don’t like about the Polo GTI! It’s a perfect all round car! My mate who owns a 2006 M3 convertible test drove my Polo the other day and said he can see why I’m having so much fun driving it!... he commented on the power, actually freaked out over how much power it had! And he loved the handling and also said it was a very well built solid car which makes you feel secure in it!Actually .....
If I was going to spend $65K ..... I would not even look at the EVO. It would be a 135i (a stretch to $72K) or a 5 door S3.
In a straight line both would in std form be no slower than an EVO and both would be far better daily use cars. With a chip both would be significantly quicker for less than $2K extra.
Not even too mention quality and prestige. BMW & AUDI >>>>>>>>> EVO
No contest there ..... at all ....
Also, if I had 75 g's to blow on a car, I would purchase an R32 with a turbo kit which would blow the doors off almost anything on the road today or an Audi A5 which is one of my favourite cars at the moment... But I would think twice about buying an Audi considering how rapidly they can drop in value.

everybodys tastes and needs are different. i like the rawness of the evo compared to the tamer, but more classy euro cars. all comes down to personal opinion. the fact u get your front mount, engine oil cooler, brembos, recaros etc, its ready to take to the track with nothing to worry about. i've owned alot of cars and i would have to rate the evo best so far.
all just depends on what your looking for in a car but and what makes you happy
Problem is with all these its like Comparing Apples, Oranges, Kiwifruit & Lemons And Making them Race on a Watermelon..
They all have pros/cons.
some do somethings better than the other.. and vica versa...
Surely you cannot compare a (3.5 Litre 6 Cylinder Sequential Turbine RWD) against a (2.0 Litre 4 Cylinder 16V Single Turbine AWD) etc etc...
The Polo GTI is a Quick car im Sure.. (it is just a mkIV GTI in a new Guise with extra fruit)
i know my Tuned MKIV GTI used to put the ****s up a lot of Cars down at Pukekohi Race Track..
and In Some Situations it really Caned other cars... and in some situations it really sucked balls... and in one occasion whilist chasing a RS4 i got cocky came in to a corner to hot and face planted in to a armco...
Hrmmm.. I know if i (personally had 75k) to throw at something.. it would be at either a EVO 6 or some skyline GTR jobbie..
pour some money in to a turbo setup for that.. would kill any silly turbo R32..
Don't Get me Wrong.. I LOVE my R32 but the Vee Reinhenmotor 6 Cylinder was NOT designed for excess HP Production.. Intake Ports etc run in between Exhaust ports yada yada yada most places cant reboar them etc etc..
They were a Engine Designed to fit in a Compact Space...
Why spend 20,000 dollars on a Engine That will ultimatly end up with a Max of 545 - 650hp at the Flywheel From a Forced Induction 3.2 VR6
when you could spend the same money on a jap car half the price with say a RB26 and easily end up with well over 1000HP...
& then there is the other side of the coin that you had some spare coin and you really really reallly really wanted to be different away from all practical odds....
Either that or you could Put a Audi I5 Turbo in the front of an R and Turbo the **** out of that..
Cheers?
have a look at this!pour some money in to a turbo setup for that.. would kill any silly turbo R32..
