    Cam belt for 1.8T

    Is there a better (stronger/longer lasting, etc) 1.8T cam belt on the market than the VAG original? Piper perhaps?

    Any members' experience or advice re aftermarket belts would be appreciated.

    why? they dont break, and by 90,000 kms the waterpump is shot anyway
