I think so peter, i havent seen them yet but they are the yellow adjustable ones. so im guessing so. and yes that includes springs 30-35mm lowering. As for the bushes i paid 165 including postage i think.

Pretty good price for the bushes.

I'm a firm believer in replacing every single soft squishy bush in a car with some nice firm poly. Really gives you a feel for the road and you can start telling the steering & suspension where you want to go rather than suggesting it and hoping it complies.

Sorry to bring up an old thread but I've also been thinking about installing the Polys. I've got the Seat rear control arm bushes installed and was thinking of replacing the front wishbone front bushes and the rear beam mounting bushes.

I just wanted to know what other parts I need. I know that I had to get a few nuts and bolts for the rear control arm bushes do I need to purchase them again to get the front ones done?

Has anyone else changed all the bushes in their Pogs? How does it handle now? Is it definitely worth the buy?

I was thinking of purchasing the Powerflex Polys (diagram reference 1 & 4)

    Current:
    2023 Mk2 Tiguan R - Lapiz Blue
    2015 Mk7 Golf R Wolfsburg - Limestone Grey: Stage 2
Gone but not forgotten: 2008 Polo GTI Shadow Blue
