I've used EBC Green stuff and hawks ceramic pads in previous cars. Both are excellent in terms of low dust and braking performance.
Have searched but didn't find anything...
Looking to replace the front pads. Have contacted Greg at GSL Rallysport for a quote on some Resma's.
Current front pads are std and spread brake dust everywhere!! Is this just a fact of life or is there a solution that maintains decent braking performance?
cheers

GSL do some nice pads, well priced, improved bite, less dust. You'll get sorted quickly.
I think its the QFM A1 RM or something I have in my S3, negligible dust even after track sessions. Although my wheels aren't silver any more so don't show dust much anyway.
Some of those pads need to be made which involves some lead time. I wanted some for my Polo brake conversion (not standard 9n pads) which weren't in stock and it was going to be a month or so.

The Remsas are awesome - and they are rated to 650 degrees so they are ok for some casual track runs.
its pretty much the brake pad type
most euro cars do it
differentr brands of pads are better than others
wax your wheels and makes cleaning easier
Cant go wrong with Remsa, as for the dust, try dodo juice juice wheel sealant, will make your next wash spotless with regards to dust. A1RMs are a great street/track pad with nice bite . Remsa still good for the odd Sunday track day. Depends what you are doing with the car.

I've got remsa and awaiting a call from Greg to get the A1RM's and a few other goodies. I didn't notice much improvement re brake dust with the remsa's over standard, it still builds up pretty quick, tho I wash the car regularly so never been an issue. The pads are good and well priced so best to follow what others have said about polishing wheels and whatnot if dust is a concern. But no concern re performance.
