Help: Rear Break Sizing for 2006 Polo GTI

Hi there. Hope you can help:

• I have a 2006 Polo GTI with upgraded 312mm front brakes and what I believe are 256mm rear brakes
• I need to replace rotors, have found the correct ones for the front and was going to buy the following for the rears: DBA T3 4000 Performance Slotted Brake Rotor Pair Rear DBA4800S | Sparesbox
• But when I contact Sparesbox they say only 232mm rotors will fit on the rear (which would be DBA T2 Slotted Brake Rotor Pair Rear DBA803S | Sparesbox)

I don't care too much about buying 232mm vs 256mm I just want to buy the part that fits. I would be grateful if someone could steer me in the right direction?

Extra marks if you can recommend me good pads to pair with rotors. Fronts are 312mm (DBA T3 4000 Performance Slotted Brake Rotor Pair Front DBA4838S | Sparesbox).
