If the APR parts are ADR approved does this then mean there are no issues with the police/EPA? The APR website mentions the downpipe/exhaust have ADR approval but there isn't mention of it on the intercooler page.
If this is the case then that would possibly be justification for paying the extra money for the APR parts (i'm no mechanic so don't want to be changing parts back to stock to get EPA tested).
