I use a good quaility rubbing alcohol, put maf and alcohol in plastic bag, shake well and remove and let dry for 4-6 hours

I appear to be using alot more fuel than normal.
I think it may be cause oil has gotten on the sensor.
Anyone know how to clean it. Ive heard there is somthing which you just drip on?

or you can go to repco or the like & buy a can of air flow sensor cleaner from CRC etc.
Alcohol will be good if you can get to the element, a lot of them have screens so you can get to it - high pressure spray!

lol i thought i said before that this could happen with oiled filters that they can fk around with your MAF![]()
