Anyone got a spare handbrake cap + what's this thing?

Hi all,

There is a small plastic grey cap that has come off from the end of my Polo GTI and has been lost. I rang VW to find a replacement but of course you have to buy the whole handbrake sleeve. I will try the wreckers but thought I would try here first if anyone has a spare one to sell or can recommend where I would find one? Tried online cannot find. Pic attached to show what I am talking about. (I think perhaps any Polo might use the same cap not just the GTI)

Also I have this funny plastic thing came off somewhere over the years and never could work out where it came from have attached pics if anyone can identify what it is and where it goes!

that looks like a credit card storage or for when you go into a westfields you have to take a ticket from the ticket dispenser I have simular in my Tiguan
