    Welcome!

    Welcome, Michael.
Any change to the dynamics of the wheels (unsprung weight, aspect ratio, tyre type and compund etc) will affect not just handling but braking too. However I wouldn't have thought that braking would be affected too negatively

Its actually not too bad to keep clean. When it rains the rear is shocking!! But black looks the best when its clean

I took the photo in the back of Norwest near the AAMI building.

    P.S. APR is unbelievable.

Flaps, it's a really good photo. Simple and effective background really highlighting the GTI.

Mk3vr6, besides the fact I preferred the look of these wheels over the standard rims, I did note that they would be very easy to keep clean. A definite bonus.

Eddy, glad to hear that you're favourably impressed with the APR reflash on your car, as I am going to have it done on mine in the near future. It's obviously worth the $1750 then.

    Cheers

My wife had her first drive in the little girl the other day. Before we took off ,when she wasn't looking I switched it back to stand.-mode. She was impressed, then when she was in a news-agent I switched it back up. After this the wife took off easly in first then hit second & the little girl jumped, the wife of 32yrs said sh-t & start swearing at me The best laugh I had all day.
    Hooroo.
