It comes unpainted and it sticks out more than the stock one, but not lower. It does make the front a fair bit closer to the ground when going into and out of steep inclines.
Can anyone with this front skirt confirm whether it's actually lower than the standard front skirt & hence needs extra care taken when driving over bumps/deep gutters ect?
Also, does this skirt come stock as the same unpainted black shade as the stock GTI skirts?

"VW GTI" QLD Prestige Plate
That's a factory optional Lip you can order through VW that attaches to the exisiting front bar yeah?
Someone here posted it a few days back.
I doubt that's going to hit anything. The front bar on my old silvia used to be a lot closer to the ground than that and came out a lot further, it was fine. Just don't go into multi story carparkshaha
any ideas on cost?

Hey guys, I have that kit on my car. Haven't had incline problems yet, but take care when it comes to pavements. Also, anything more than a 15mm drop would be risky stuff...

I love that, Jayrod. Colour-coded skirts make any coloured Polo look 100 times better!
Is that lowered from stock at all?
nice one jayrod, I like that car. I liked the sideskirts black but looking at it now the colour coding does make it look a lot fatter. I think i'll have to invest in that lip for sure.
On a side note, they are 17's right and your car hasn't been lowered yet?
