This dealer has already told me a few porkies to get the sale so I currently have no faith in anything said by him from this point on. Just want to make sure on things like this when i pick up the car.

If you have concerns with the salesman your with you have every right to go elsewhere (unless you've signed a contract etc)

After all the customer has his rights too and should'nt feel cheated

The difference is paying for a car thats new, and paying for a car sold as new thats been used as a demo. Whilst Im sympathetic when test driving cars with less than 50km on the clock I cant speak for everyone. : )

Phaeton, contract had been signed but i took my issues up with the dealer and assures me has has done the right thing by me we sorted out my concerns

Car will be ready for pickup friday. Woot Woot as they say.

waited 4wks and arrived @ the dealer with 30km, full tank, clean interior n ext. my car got the VIP treatmen. car was parked inside the showroom couldnt be more happier!
