9n3 gti rear caliper parts

Hi all,

Does anybody know where I can get the slide bolts, "stretch" bolts (number 15 in the exploded view) and boots for the rear calipers on a GTI 9n3 2009 (standard GTI brakes)?
Please don't say VW as there have been a few "animated" discussions with several dealers this morning..........

I thought they usually came with new pads?

Part number into Google would normally be my first start.
