9N3 to 6R axle sizes and stud patterns

I was just wondering if anyone knew is there is any difference between the axle size and stud patterns on the 6R compared to the 9N3? I am getting some new wheels and I have seen them fit on a 6R and I'm hoping that they will fit on my 9N3.

anyone know if the skoda fabia is 5 x 100 too? should be shouldn't it. I like those 17in black monte carlo wheels.
