4 hours later and the Control Arm bushes are in....

This weekend I replaced the control arm bushes on the Pog with a Seat/Superpro combination.

    I followed the below instructions:

Fabia wishbone bush replacement DIY Guide - BRISKODA.net - The Skoda Forum and Community

The hardest part was winding the new bushes into the housing. If you do decide to follow the above, then you MUST get 2x M12 by 150mm HIGH tensile bolts and 2x M12 by 90mm HIGH tensile bolts. If you just use the 150mm as suggested you will not be able to wind them all the way in.

It was not too much of a pain, but the results are fantastic.

If any one wishes to try it themselves, then I have the spacers you can borrow.

Did it once that way, never again, far far easier pressing them in, , i do these on site mobile style now.
You just have to remember to replace the torque to yield bolts and your sweet. Well done for having a crack.

Jimmy did my control arm bushs

Easily one of the best mods. It is a big improvement over stock especially when they are shot like mine were.
