Some insurance companies offer you the chance to buy your car off once it's been written off. Depending on isurance company probably. Just curious to see how much it would be more than anything I guess
well that's interesting, jarred- im really not experienced with what happens AFTER an insurance company decides to write the car off, but if retrieving stuff is a possibility then i'd be more than happy to explore what can be parted.
what usually happens? car written off -> notify insurance company of potential parts buyer -> insurance company allows inspection and offers for various car components before sending to auctions, or something? sorry, clueless i know....
