2 weeks and counting till my silver baby arrives!!

Just thought I'd let you guys know that i ordered my car today and that it should arrive in 2 weeks time, well hopefully.

I signed the papers today for 28k and am in the process of selling my Barina (lets hope it sells ASAP). i couldn't wait any longer so i went to Liverpool with my dad and well I'm still a bit shocked at the thought that I'll be driving my polo gti hopefully before Christmas!!

Will post pics when it comes home!!

Congrats - I ordered mine today too! Also told that it should arrive within 2 weeks and got it for just under 28k. Only difference is mine shall be red, rather than silver! I'm trading in though, rather than selling privately.

Will certainly be a fantastic Christmas present haha!

Price list I was given says $26,500 RRP on road (QLD)

yea it was 28k drive away... I'm so excited!!

There was a red one there with 19km on the clock but I'm partial to silver cars. The salesman even used the line "but red is the fastest colour" LOL

I thought about trading my car in but the difference in price was just too much.. Trade in I wouldn't have got more than 4k and thats most probably pushing it to the upper limit. At least with private sale I'm hoping for anywhere in between 7-8k
