Remove actual plastic Fan from fan motor?

    hey all,

does anyone know how to remove the plastic fan from the fan motor? it 'looks' like its on via a reverse thread, but i cannot find how to lock the motor in place so you can spin it off... and it doesnt look like it has a circlip holding it on or such like...

    TIA
