Got any pictures of the RWD MK1... Ive never seen one of those before...

No sorry stephy we lost all the pictures when we moved here from South Africa. A friend of our still has one we will try get pictures and there is a MK1 Golf with a turbo engine in the front and rear of the car we will try get pictures of that aswell

I was wondering where you were from! Not many people would take on a conversion like that here!

you might have a problem with the drivers side engine mount being on the upper side of the chassis leg compared to the 1.8t being underneath, but nothing too hard i can imagine, just heling you out ;)

this will take some time but we will post pictures as we go along.there will always be somebody that will have a better idea and we will need all the advice that people will throw at us and even may help somebody planning to do the same thing

its definately a project I'd consider. I miss my 6n!

yeah i am also sorry it is now my sons and not mine anymore, i had to trade my gsx1000r in for the polo and now my boy is going to enjoy it. but i will find some excuse to test it.
