    Polo 6n won't rev!

Seems like a common problem but i cant find a solution.
The car will idle, although it is rough, the main problem is that it wont rev when you apply any more than 10% throttle. It just coughs and spluters. There were other problems with it, more to do with the guages going all over the place randomly, but i think its unrelated.

I got a mate of a mate (RACV man) to check the fault codes and it came up with this:

00519 - Manifold absolute pressure sensor: G71 open circuit/short with ground intermittent

00518 - Throttle position sensor: G69 open circuit/ short with power intermittent

00530 - Throttle valve position sensor: G88 open circuit / short with power intermittent

00523 - Intake air temperature sensor: G42 open circuit/short with power intermittent.

Looking at that i thought the throttle body (which ive already replaced once before for a problem with different symptoms) and the sensor on the side of the intake mani needed replacing, so i called GolfLoon and got him to send me used replacements but it did not make a difference.

All of those faults have a common link, open circuit. Id be checking a wiring diagram 1st before throwing components at it
