We've seen poorly maintained ones still running well with 300,000 klms.Let alone well maintained ones.
I'd say at least another 10 years.
My 2001 6N2 Polo is 12 years old this month, and while it has been a great car, I have recently wondered how much longer it will last.
It has got 201,000 km on it, but it is always serviced as scheduled and all parts such as timing belts etc are changed when they are due to be.
Based on others experience, how much more kms can I reasonably expect?
Thanks

When I saw your user-name, I thought you were asking about how many more weeks til the end of season! Nice win Friday night, though!

Our 6N2 has only done 150,000km & is really running well. When purchased, it had a full service history. I make sure I do all service requirements on time & use a quality synthetic oil that meets VW approval. While I have no control on the way it was driven by the previous owner, my wife & I drive with mechanical empathy to make it last as long as possible. What I have noticed is many people treat a cheaper S/H car badly with very little service mainly because they didn't pay much for it.
Understand how it works, troubleshoot logically BEFORE replacing parts.
