    Hi,
    just thought I'd let you know that our 99 model 6N1 is back on the road. Many thanks to forum members who contributed ideas and solutions to our problems with the automatic gearbox. We opted to transplant a second hand one from one of our forum members which is working well. Great to be back on the road..... Love my Polo

    Great result, I always like a happy ending.
    Understand how it works, troubleshoot logically BEFORE replacing parts.
