Can you please tell me which fuses and relays should I check out and where are they found?

Problem is that when I switch on the A/C from the Climatronic, the engine fan does not kick in.

The engine fan works when I am stuck in traffic. I tested the engine fan by connecting it directly to the fan connectors. Both speeds work.
