This can prove useful for us eBay addicts! I've come across a lot of compliant sellers - they'll be able to process everything quickly but communication is always lacking. I find computer-generated emails aren't as personal as the actual seller writing an email telling you that your item is on its way or even just a mere "Thank you for your purchase!".
One seller that I've dealt with involving automotive things that has ticked all the boxes for me would be Racing Team Hoffman. They are a German-based shop mainly specialising in genuine BBS parts and wheel lips. I have bought a set of centrecaps from them and they were able to help out which ones I needed exactly. The stuff are fairly expensive, but they're service is unbeatable when it comes to eBay.
heres another VW/AUDI wrecker---

Look up VAG-team. I cant link from work but they sell OEM parts for cheap. Mainly interior pieces.
I just bought bumpstops off this shop. Very impressed, reasonable postage and got here in under a week. Their prices seem extremely cheap too, mk3 sachs clutch kit for $133 AUD!!!!

Everything from whole sets on control arms, timing belt kits, MAF sensors, etc etc.

For my 1999 1.8T passat i've purchased the timing belt kit, control arm upgrade and valve cover gasket which have all fit with no issues whatsoever.
Even with shipping included, i have not found anyone in oz that can match their pricing.
Picked up my Cupra lip from GoingFast Euro Customs.
They have three stores. I purchased from the New York store. Lots of parts.

Stay well way from this supplier on ebay hard_rock_kafe. I won a full set of MkIV upgraded brakes from this lad. Then a day after the auction he stated he had already sold them on trading post online prior to the end of the auction "sorry" was the answer he was a newbie to ebay. Not happy Jan!
