Sorry to hear about your problems melissa.

On a slightly different note, if the combined vw/mitsu/suzuki service dept has let you down then maybe you should call European car centre in railway street wickham.

I took my GTI there to get some stuff done to it there and they were wonderful. Renee and Jo are VERY helpful.
