Moving to Melbourne in a few weeks, who's the guy to see for servicing?

    Hey all,

I couldn't be bothered searching through the threads so here it is....

As the title states, I'll be moving to Melbourne in a few weeks so I'll need a good mech down that way. Any suggestions on who to go and see? I'll be living in Prahran. VAG specialists only please.

For those who have names of dealerships, please save your own and my time by not responding, I don't want to know. Low key well experienced VAG mechs ALWAYS do a better job, at a muuuch better price!

Cheers in advance lads (and few ladies),
    Rhys

    Volkspower Burwood http://volkspower.com.au//

    Volkwerke Greensborough http://www.volkwerke.com.au/

Volkspower will probably be the place if you want an APR dealer.
If youre living in Prahran there is Euroclass in Richmond which is just on the other side of the Yarra. Might be a bit more convenient.

There is also German Auto Haus in richmond as well. Although they mainly specialise in BMWs moreso than VWs.

    hey rhys hows it?

audvolks is also another place that's got a good rep.

im gonna be going there for some suspension issue sorting- apparently they're working on a fix for the issues that are encountered when lowering the pog, be interesting to see what they've got.

but yes, volkspower in burwood, which will not be a very far drive from prahran [i used to live in st. kilda and its pretty close to burwood, timewise] is a very very very good garage to go to. they've seen quite abit of my paychecks over the last year.
