Barloworld have just finished completely ****ing up my van

i took it in for a 105k service
    broken air con
leaking engine oil into power steering system

they managed to fit a new compressor and power steering pump
    they then fried the ecu
which too 2 weeks to get in from germany
they then said it was ready and the faults i found when i picked it up were shocking:
    Broken door handle
engine oil still in power steering system
they used the wrong engine oil in the service
the did not reprogram both keys so the van wouldn't run
    the van was filthy
    there were two warning codes

and although they fixed it all they were fully prepared to let the van go out like that, the service manager didn't appear to give a crap.

so i've made a formal complaint to VW hq

    steer clear of barloworld!

average - at least got to drive a gti by myself for 45 mins after they kept me waiting for the same time... I think the receptionist was the most organised and efficient person there.

Stay clear of South Yarra too, they are very rude and are full of attitude.

Personally,I have had the best dealings with Cambrewell.
And Paul, the service advisor is very polite and professional.
