G'day,

After getting a newspaper this morning, on getting into the car and starting it, the MFD proceeded to scroll through a list of just about every exterior light as having a fault. The light bulbs are OK, just they do not light.

I have a physical disability so rummaging around the fuse panel is risky and likely to cause even more problems.

My first expensive option is the dealer, however the earliest date is 2 weeks away. I got the details of another electrician, but they are in Merrylands and that is too far to drive it in this state.

This is why I am looking for a mobile auto electrician.

My guess is it needs to be reset, but the key is knowing what and how to reset it.

So, anyone know of a mobile auto electrician or someone experienced in working through the OBDII connector who offers their services in this area? Blacktown is a large local government. I'm in the South Blacktown / Prospect area, just a few hundred metres from the South Blacktown Public School.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Thanks.

P.S. Would using the other key be of any help in resetting things? I have not been able to try this as it is part of a key set kept with a family member in case they need to use it.
