lol - nah - if you've been defacto for 4 years, and then separated, you'd both have almost the same rights as a married couple if you had the right lawyer!

You can see the pattern Povo-car, power, povo-car, power.

I must be bi-polar (apologies to sufferers)

As for going from WRX to normal Impreza, I got stuck with a $hitty lease deal and rapid depreciation, so I hopped out. I still miss the lil' bastad.

I'm fairly sure defacto relationships are very similar in legal terms to a marriage. If not exactly...

And on topic: 30(for 3 more days..)yo, male, married (little one on way) mortgage, barista.

    2nd golf.

Wife drives my old 1999 auto 1.6 golf
prev car was a club spec evo wrx wagon...

Went from rocket to lazy cruiser--> now an inbetweeny!!

There are soooooooo many golfs out there, i don't think there is an "average age".

You have rich kids where daddy bought them a R32 or you have middle class people who bought a golf just to drive around, the demographic would be so broad.

VW might show a figure on who bought what, but from my observation in Sydney, alot of young people drive it, i'm doing part time at uni, and golfs, r32s everywhere, and i very much doubt they bought it themselves.

Ummm... add up the ages of all the owners and divide by the number of owners = average age.

Maybe the median age would be more useful

But that won't necessarily the "average age" of golf drivers. It would only be the average age of the people who bought it.

Alot of people see golf as a great first car for their daughters and sons. Therefore you won't really get an accurate age of who drive golfs.... more than likely alot of late 40s and 50s or even 60s "own" a golf, but their kids drive it. Therefore the "average age" would be much higher.

Because if i was 40 or 50, and i have the money to buy my kids a car, i would most likely choose a golf over say a toyota.

I am 44 so I guess my average age is about 22. Dunno how that effects things.
