There is a belt connected to the coolant pump for the supercharger, it's a separate small belt. There is a changeover flap that regulates when the supercharger hands power over to the turbo 1500-2500rpm range I believe. The supercharger is there for low end power while the turbo spools, then the turbo takes over, this is to give the vehicle a more 'constant power flow'. It's not really made for performance so to speak, more so fuel economy, 'less turbo lag' etc.
