Aside from being illegal, it's dangerous at night (which funnily enough is why it's illegal!). I've got nothing against 15% tint on the rear side and rear windows, but on the driver and passenger windows that's simply irresponsible.

It's easy to say that when you are on the interweb and don't have to prove it.

There is a reason that the legal limit is 35%

why do i need to prove it? i was just stating that i have got 10% and i am comfortable with it. i might add it does get a bit hard to see when its raining heavily at night to be honest. but on a regular day/night its perfectly fine.
im not trying to be a "hard typer" on the interweb. i was just stating my opinion which is what the forums are for.???

It would be best to provide some evidence of proof so that people who read your post can actually see some evidence, before they blindly accept your proposed visibility and then end up in an accident because they couldn't actually see through the dark tint.

Having said that it is a forum so you can state your opinion so long as it is in the rules i guess.
