Subaru at least sorted the issue with air vents and non return seals.

    Simple and effective.

    All too simple for VW

The rear window trick has been used on some vehicles since I started driving almost 40 years ago (probably longer)

    Technological innovation ....

You mean young to the ownership of a VW or a car that requires fettling of windows to wind them down without being blown to pieces.

Never in my driving career has the problem presented.

I discovered that one when I was on my red P's! Applies to just about every car i've driven.

I find that opening the sunroof (incline-open, if you have one) helps as well.

Sometimes its not so much about getting the wind blowing, but being able to hear the engine better

Mine went in tonight. The passenger side is a beyatch. You have to raise the engine to remove the front bolt. I reused the bolts but the manual says they must be replaced on removal. I'm assuming they're stretch bolts. I'll source some bolts through the week. It's a pity SuperPro don't provide new bolts with the arms.

I looked at my manual that came with them and it doesn't say anything about replacing the bolts?

Probably explains why they only show the right side being installed in their videos.😄

Candyman is obviously a man of taste, I'm sure he would want the link to buy this for his CW R
