    In the GTI I just used a $5 tarp from Bunnings that covers the floor AND sides

    Has protected the cargo area from suitcases, spills etc over the last 3 years

    I don't see much point in these rubber mats

    Get a bucket which has a lid
    The carpet in the Golf boot doesn't mind getting a bit wet, as long as the soapy water etc doesn't come out

    I carry my dog in the back after going to the park/beach. Boot liner catches the mud and sand and keeps the wet dog smell out of the carpet.

    hmm im thinking up solutions for my dog as we speak, i've got a husky! sheds a lot during summer :/ might just have to steal the old mans ute now haha.

    Ah yes, you apartment dwellers! I keep all the car care products in the garage in one of them big lidded storage bins on wheels. Just grab something like that?
