    hehe... yes, yes it is!

I told you guys to trim off 1mm from one long edge and one short edge before attempting to fit it! Do a test fit with the covers still on to see how it is, then trim the two edges, and do a test fit again. I think 1mm off those two edges would make it fit great.

I was really upset with the protector causing my screen to not sense touches initially and having an extremely tight fit!!!

I emailed them, sent a few photos and they have agreed to send me a new one for free. Haha!

Wasn't an easy process though - I had to exchange about 4 emails with Clarivue. Nevertheless I received a reply every night and their customer service was consistent. Try that if you don't want to throw away another ~$18.

The delivery time from the States is a real B!*^# though.....

    a package arrived today!

as soon as I got home, I made serious attempt to almost break the steering wheel in the hot afternoon :p

took me over an hour cos getting the airbag off was a real pain... but was very happy with the final installed product

then took the car for a quick drive to Shell for a fill up.

the paddles felt solid and quite a big improvement to the OEM plastic ones, although not as big as S2T.

Yeah, I've always wondered about the OSIR paddles. I'm not quite sure I see the point of them. I mean, they're metal... but so are the S2TPP ones. Just seems like a large expense, and a big headache (getting that MK6 airbag cover off is a bitca!) for no actual improvement in functionality... whereas the S2TPP paddles extend significantly above and slightly below the spoke, meaning that you can reach them from anywhere in the 1 to 4, and 8 to 11 positions, which is a decent range on the wheel.

The OSIR paddles do look nice on the GTI/GTD wheel though! (matches the "chrome inserts"). Thanks for the pictures

Received my APR 2.0 TDI Carbon Fiber Cold Air Intake System today from Quattro Motors WA.

Took me about 45mins to install, looks good. I wasn't expecting too much in the way of vehicle improvement but I was wrong you can certainly hear the turbocharger spool a lot more and the turbo lag is pretty much gone. Nice to hear the turbo. Acceleration is faster but not sure if I've taken a hit on the fuel economy side will find out tomorrow when I take a drive down to Serpentine Falls (depends how I drive).

Have been told there's only two kits in Australia at the moment "nice"

Just need the Bluefin upgrade and I'll feel good.

thinking my next upgrade will be APR Carbon Fibre Air Intake and FuelPump. No need for Tune right?
also, the VW wheel hubs, not a real fan... any suggestions on replacements?

You'll need a different ECU loaded to take advantage of the fuel pump.
