I ordered mine on the 28/08/09 from Barloworld and I was told mine should be arriving at the end of November so hopefully they are true to their word.

Confirmed today that I'll be picking mine up on Friday afternoon!
Off with the 16" Clevelands and on with 17" Classixs and new Kumho KU36 tires on Saturday.
Out with the RCD310 and in with the RCD510 and MDI retrofit kit on Monday!
