Good topic, was wondering about this myself.

Has anyone had to go back to VW for warranty work after being non-dealer serviced and had any problems? Prestige and Performance is just down the road from me, I'd be keen to use them but I'm not sure what my dealer would be like if I turned up just for warranty stuff.
