Question VW Mk6 - Bodykit work

    Hey everyone,
Lately I've been thinking about installing a body kit on my VW, and wanted to ask more experienced people about it. What do you think about installing a body kit on your car. Has anyone done it, do you like it? Anything going wrong with it?

Most people will just do lip kids (front splitters, rear wing, side skirts, rear diffuser) like Flow Designs or Aerofabb or Maxton Design etc due to cost and simplicity.

Personally I would not touch any bodykit unless it was high quality plastic ABS construction (same as what the original bumpers are made from). Anything made of fiberglass etc generally look like *****, fit poorly and will crack when you hit something because they don't flex like a plastic bumper bar.

And most of the high quality ABS plastic bodykits are stupidly expensive plus then you have to get them painted so most people don't bother.

Yes i was looking at lip kits from Zero Offset Body Kits Aftermarket Parts For VW Golf MK6 , their reviews look pretty good and they have pretty good prices compared some of the others. Has anyone bought from them and what's their experience?
