I think I found it here
yeah, with 3 blinks, the last blinks ended when I'm halfway into the other lane... unless I change lane using an agility of a go-kart/F1 driver which is not something I want to do on daily basis in commuting traffic.
Agreed. I doubt 3 is sufficient for the driver to be sure/confident that other drivers spot the indicators esp when they are busy looking elsewhere.

just tried that setting on the link above, it works.... my needle now 'dance' - can't believe the instant surge of power felt... (was that 11kw?)
lol
Any luck on the 118 tsi's? I'll buy a VCDS just for that if it works lol.

after a few days havin' this feature enabled just thinking if it occured to you guys' mind whether having the needle swap might prematurely worn off the spring or whatever mechanism that makes the needle moves?
same thing with fog light as cornering lamp, I find on the GTI the fog light either isn't bright enough or not aimed to the side enough to be a perfect cornering lamp... and prematurely burnt fog bulbs also comes into mind... especially if you do lots of night driving which involves a lot of low speed corners?
by the way the 4 indicator flash works a lot better... perfect amount of time to execute the manouvre... i won't bother changing it to 5
Considering the needles move constantly as you're driving the car anyway, I hardly see how it moving for another 3 seconds before you drive off will shorten their life
As for the fog lights, using them more often is obviously going to reduce their life.
hey guys, just got my Micro-Can cable so if anyone in the gold coast area wants staging, give me a shout. Also, does the acceleration measurements not work with a micro-can? cant seem to find the button as it is displayed on the ross-tech manual
