I figure it's not much more than a full tank of petrol, and gives me somewhere extra to put phone, wallet etc. My previous Polo GTI had them and they were very handy (lots of storage space in the Polo)

TM Tuning charged me $45 US for freight and $9.74 US handling fee. That was for 2 drawers.

Finally got around to fitting these tonight. Problem was that I couldn't find a torx bit to suit the bolts that hold the seats in place. Ended up using 8mm Allen key which fits perfectly.

They fit well and, being OE, they look good also. Bit of a bitch to fit but worth it.

The exact tool needed is an M10 spline bit - Bursons can get the Kinchrome ones for about $10.50. I'll be fitting mine this weekend.

That's because you don't use a torx bit on the seats, you use a triple square or XZN bit.

Thanks, I'll know next time. I went to Bursons, showed them what I needed but they couldn't help.

I just got lucky with allen key, it did the job without damaging the bolts
