Hey everybody,
Ive damaged the drivers side front quarter panel and it looks likely it needs to be replaced. I was thinking of looking for a second hand quarter panel through a wrecker but would like to know if i was to find a golf tsi/gti panel instead, would it fit my golf R mk6 2012? I spoke to volkswagen dealer and they couldnt tell me if it would fit or not.

exact same part number , I've got both sitting in my garage .
also bonnet front and rear doors and boot lid are the same too .
water sprayer bottle is different because it contains two pumps , one for hid xenon washers
