    Trim damaged, but service A+

    Accidents happen.
    Components Fail.

    The window switch on the drivers door stopped working for the off side rear window. No big deal under warranty.

    Dealer replaced within two hours. Great I thought, still get to work for 9am. Then as I was driving I noticed the door trim was damaged and the plastic surround buckled.

    Looked like a screwdriver had been used / miss-used;

    Emailed it to the service department and had a personal call from the Service Manager within 10 mins.

    Brand new door trim and switch module fitted today.

    Whilst not impressed with damage, I do think accidents happen, and their response was exemplary of good customer service. I will continue to use and recommend Lennocks in Canberra.

    They should have told you before you had to find it. Same outcome, but you would have total confidence had they "come clean"
