Hey thanks for that I'll look into it - what do they charge?

Edit: the damage is pretty horrid

+1 for Wheel Solutions. They did a really excellent job on an alloy I kerbed - longer scar than yours and the style of wheel meant a bad job would be obvious. Great to deal with, tons of prestige cars with careless owners there (think dirty black BMs, Audis, Mercs with multiply scarred expensive rims FFS).

Few years ago now so can't quite recall but was less than $200 - maybe $170?. Things may have changed but they weren't running card facilities back then so preferred cash or would invoice. Worth checking. Also, where they are is kind of down an alley so not that obvious.

I emailed them, I'll see what they say. If its under $200 might as well do it. But if it creeps towards $300 might as well hunt down another wheel for the same money and try offload mine for $150 or so if anyone takes it.

    Time to first damage

My Tig visited Costco on the weekend and was parked in the usual tactical corner. Unfortunately Mr or Mrs unknown decided to dent the front passenger door with a trolley I'm guessing

The dent is about 5cm x 5cm and doesn't appear to have scratched the paint. Can anyone recommend a repairer in Sydney or surrounds who they've had quality VW work or specialise in VW?

    Not good, ralp2dam...
My 1st visit to Costco was so fraught with traumatic door-ding possibilities, I will only go there now in my GF's mazda3...

I've used DKC Dent Removal three times now with good results. He used to look after the VW press cars.

I scraped the top notch alloys really badly when I was parking. That was easily in the first three months. I was feeling so happy with the car at the time, thinking how easy it was to park! That'll teach me! We paid extra for the flasher wheels too! Silly, silly, silly!

looks like someone with a ute tray has backed into my in my "secure" car park in the city.

Down to the metal, on the front QP - right where the wheel arch curves through it..

Looks expensive - anyone in melb recommend a good repairer? (definitely will need to be reshaped / replaced as its right on the curve)
