I suspect the sealant I used caused some problems for them

Joking but it is brilliant stuff and will be going on once the paint is cured

Hope to have the car for the weekend but depends when the new bumper arrives

There is no release form, all work is guaranteed for life of car

No time limit on callback, factory limit on paint applies

Just know someone who noticed the panel beater had spilt something (epoxy or filler?) on and in his car after he signed off on the repair. The panel beater and insurance company are refusing to do anything about it. To say he's annoyed is an understatement.

Would that not be an insurance claim ?

Mine covers accidental damage (and if no party can be identified. You pay the excess)

There are some shocking smash repairers out there, very happy with mine so far and they did our GTI too

The panel beater is claiming it was there before they worked on it, the insurance company said they would sort it but put it in the too hard basket once the panel beater denied all knowledge.
