    Crashed Golf R RB?

    hi there,

My wife said she saw what appears to be a Golf R Rising Blue that crashed at Aspley Hyper Market (QLD). She said it looks like a write-off.

Firstly, I hope the driver/occupants are ok and secondly I wonder if driver/owner is a forum member?

While minor, inattentive (being very polite) truck driver hit the passenger mirror while I was turning right, top cover ended up flung across the road and the lower panel left hanging by the wires.

Driver nice enough to give me some packaging tape to tape it all together

That was nice of the bloke. Last week truck in front blew his back tyre. So the rubber went flying, which decided to hit my car at 110kmh and ripped my lower front bumper in two. Not cool

To the ******** who side swiped my car at Myer Albury, thanks you ball bag! Nice of you to leave your number under the wiper. Oh sorry you forgot and just drove off. Hope the white paint on your black bumper doesn't spoil the look of your car too much.

Moral of the story? Photograph your car every time you park including the one one either side. The irony is, my wife took the Golf because her CX 9 is too big and she was worried about it getting swiped!

Today I bent my toy, backed in to an invisible sign post approx 6m high and 1.5m wide, didn't feel anything just heard the crunch of cracking plastic. Busted the rear bumper with a 8 cm cut running vertically. Not happy with me.
