I've thrown out all my detailing products except for two

    Even threw out my RO.

So, didn't exactly give it away as such although I did give away most of the sampler products I had.

The other reason being we just got access to our next car. Will have to wait 3 yrs and it is 2nd hand (with a few scrapes)

So, current damage is not important

Hey CM, sorry to hear about your latest damage. Wife did the same thing to her front left bumper backing into the garage against the bricks. The garage bricks are the roughest I've ever seen and she has done a good job of it. Anyway I've got sick of looking at the damage and I have booked the Touch Up guys to fix it this Monday. Quoted cost is $270. I'll let you know how good the job is or isn't. Getting both sides of the car touched up as well as there is quite a few carpark chips and scrapes.

    Sounds good mate

I've got the two areas under the front extensions down to the black plastic but stone chips as well in other places

    Not worth repairing.

One say I'll get the front plate holder removed, filled and reprinted maybe

Doubt I'll bother. I drove the GTI for a year with a good sized scrape on the rear wheel arch from an unknown carpark attacker.

D Day tomorrow. Will take a before shot of my wifes flared guard (previously wrongly described it as her bumper) tonight and post up before and after shots just for interest. Won't bother with my repairs because hard to get good shots of the chips.

Hahaha! Not going to ask you what you thought I meant by her flared guard.
