Ouch, that kind of dent would drive me insane after a while, all I would be able to do was focus on that one spot on the car every time I look at it (it is bad enough I keep looking to the bottom of those two pointy bits on the R front bumper and seeing the scrapes!)Originally Posted by justin

Paintless dent removal should be able to get the dent out of the rear quater panel and a polish may reduce the appearance of the scratch.

That is not a diy job. Those dent master guys have a real talent that only comes with a lot of training and practise. One slightly wrong move and you would make it worse than it already is. It requires lighting at perfect angles,a good eye,a good hand, and the right amount of brute force.
In the video you linked,a proper not noticeable repair would take hours, that vid it was still visible (as the vid poster suggests they did it on a time budget).
