Something dragging on my dad's gti

    hey all,

i was out drinking--responsibly of course--when my dad texted me these pics of the underside of his car. Are these the guards? What's the best way of fixing them? (would the $tealer charge heaps ?) and does he even need them ?

    cheers

As your dad's car isn't old and such would be in warranty then I imagine the $tealership shouldn't change you a thing.

That would depend on whether it broke through a fault or through hitting something. If the latter, then it will cost money to fix.

to me it looks like it hit something..

don't think it would be covered under warranty if that was the case.

    was it driven off road?

POS plastic undertrays that always get caught on anything and everything.

They serve little function but will cost an arm and a leg to replace.
