Well the problem has reared it's ugly head again. Looks like its back to the dealer on Tuesday to try and get it fixed again. Getting nervous with warranty expiring at the end of the month!
I'm having the exact same problem, but with my gti. My car has an ecu tune and I have a bad feeling this will void warranty should I need to replace coilpacks, plugs or injectors.
Please let us know how you go.

They thought it coincidental that the problems started occurring after my last service. It wasn't serviced at the dealer and apparently had non-genuine spark plugs. Let's hope it fixes the problem.
